I like your “strengths first approach” as well as your transparency in revealing the transferability of skills from the classroom to the real world. Do you have any tips on how to appropriately balance strength/weakness feedback while both motivating but informing students on how they can improve? I also think sharing “common errors” helps students not feel alone in making mistakes!
